As a board-certified pediatrician, I began my parenting journey with a “one size fits all” approach. Then I became a parent. As I tried to navigate feeding and reflux, sleep training and solids, tantrums and school dynamics, it became clear: parenting is just… not so black-and-white.
And I realized: there should be a guide for this!
