Listen up.
I always enjoy being a guest on podcasts. These conversations give us the space to talk more deeply about the things parents are navigating every day, from feeding and illness to helping kids feel safe and supported as they grow. Here are a few conversations I’ve been grateful to be part of.
Tune in.
Sometimes the best way to answer a parenting question is in the moment. Broadcast interviews give me the chance to jump into conversations about the things parents are worried about right now, from illness outbreaks to everyday health questions. I’m always grateful for the opportunity to help bring calm, evidence-based perspective to those moments.
My Books
Eyes, Knees, Boundaries, Please!
Knowing how to talk about their bodies and establish safe boundaries with others is critical to kids' health and safety, but can be a tough topic to tackle. This playful picture book makes it simple and teaches these concepts in a fun, age-appropriate way. Purchase it on Amazon, from Barnes and Noble or Bookshop.org.
Eyes, Nose, Belly, Toes: My First Human Body Book
Learning how the human body works is an important skill for toddlers. This adorable kids anatomy book walks them through every major body part, with simple language and vibrant artwork that keep them engaged as they explore how they use their eyes to see, their nose to smell, their legs to move, and their arms to wave hello! Purchase it on Amazon, from Barnes and Noble or Bookshop.org.
101 Before One
101 before one is an evidence-based Baby Led Feeding program founded by a multidisciplinary team of pediatric experts designed to guide parents as they introduce a variety of nutritious foods to their baby through Family meals from the start™
